On 2 May 2020, Indian community Donated laptops to support our Dutch Families. This was possible due to the trust and efforts of Wethouder Ria Zijlstra from Gementee Uithoorn in the Indian Community. Wethouder Ria Zijlstra has helped us to connect with De Vuurvogel Dutch School in Uithoorn where Ratheesh Venugopal Ji, Himanshu Suri Ji and Pratima Singh have donated their personal laptop to Conny Morpurgo who is the Director of the Primary School. Conny Morpurgo is ensuring the laptop is fixed by ICT team to meet school standards and handed over to Families. OFBJP has urged the Indian Community to come forward to either donate or rent their old laptop or iPad to support Dutch Families and children during this covid crisis.
