It is OFBJP mission that no Dutch citizen visiting India or living in India must suffer in India and vice-versa (no Indian origin person or citizen must suffer in The Netherlands). OFBJP does not want law abiding citizens to suffer in silence or struggle to open up due to the shame of poor judgement and fear of isolation by liars, bullies, blackmailer or criminals hence OFBJP will reach out to Dutch Government to sign the Mutual Legal Assistance Treaty. Currently a lot of Indian origin people have embraced the Dutch Nationality and taken the Dutch passport. By doing so they are protected by Dutch Law. Unfortunately citizens still continue to suffer hence OFBJP will request Dutch Government to sign MLAT treaty to ensure Justice to every Indo-Dutch citizen irrespective of color, creed, social, economic and religious background.
